In honor of my son's baseball season starting later this month, I want to show you some fun swag I had made for the team in 2021 for their tournament in Cooperstown, NY!
As a right of passage, the 12U Chicago Warriors Baseball team plays in a tournament in Cooperstown, NY. It is an excellent experience for the team to truly experience travel baseball to its fullest. To give the players something special to remember the experience, I used my talents to create some cool swag for them.
For the team to have something to carry their phones, wallets, drinks and anything else they needed during the trip, I had these drawstring bags made. For the record, I did NOT design the Warriors logo. I did however, recreate the "Warriors" word in Illustrator to have a vector copy to work with and created the "Chicago" in the same style to match.
Throughout the year, I took photos of the players in action at their games. To give them something special, I took the best photos and made baseball cards for them. These cards are the ones I created of my son, Christian. I used the team colors of Green and Gold, adding the team mascot and their name and number.
Next up, I like stickers! They make excellent swag for clients and are great for marketing and free advertising! The are also great for baseball teams! I took the Chicago Warrior logo, and redrew it in Illustrator to create a vector file. To this, I added the Chicago Flags crossed behind the warrior.
